Dubai and London, in equal measure

A family office that operates from one city and reaches the other by phone will always be a step behind when something needs signing or resolving in person. Safa Wealth is licensed and staffed in both Dubai and London, which removes that step entirely.

Dubai

Safa Wealth's Dubai office is based within the Dubai International Financial Centre, in the same free zone as many of the private banks and trustees that Gulf families already work with. That proximity means a document needing a signature, or an account needing to be opened, can usually be handled the same day.

London

Many of our clients hold property in London or send children to school there, and both generate matters that are better handled by someone who lives in the city than by a call from Dubai. Our London office is staffed year-round, independent of when clients themselves are in the city. Clients also spend a meaningful share of each year in London, for a summer stay as often as for a meeting they wanted to have in person.

Overlapping hours

Dubai runs three to four hours ahead of London depending on the time of year. That still leaves close to six hours when both offices are open together, typically from midday in Dubai to mid-afternoon in London. A decision that needs sign-off from both sides can usually be reached inside that window; on the same day a question is first asked.

Running two fully staffed offices costs more than operating one with a satellite branch. Safa Wealth absorbs that difference so no client ever waits for the right person to become available in the right city.
